After traveling our great country in search of the nation’s best BBQ, we felt inspired to bring this great food home. Especially for those who protect us all, the hard-workers who get it done every day, the home teams we cheer for, and of course, family and friends. Our mission is to serve you the most authentic, mouth-watering all-American food that’s done right.
Giving Back
Our young men and women in uniform. Veterans who served with honor. Our local Police, Firefighters and First Responders who make Our Community a better place to live. They’re the people we respect most of all, so MISSION BBQ tries to give back in return. From fundraisers to service projects, we have your back, donating over $47,000,000 supporting vital charities since opening our doors in 2011.
A Servant's Heart
During her 12 years with MISSION BBQ, Vicky has grown from a prep cook to a Pitmaster. She has proven to be an inspiring leader in the Heart of the House through her positivity and strong work ethic. She is always checking in with Our Teammates to offer any support they may need. Even on the busiest days, she works with a smile and keeps everyone laughing. “There’s no one else I’d rather work with any day,” said Virginia Beach Operating Partner, Adam.
Stories of Service
FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller was already off work when he heard news of the 9/11 terrorist attack. He immediately headed back to his fire station to get his gear and drove toward Manhattan but was stopped at the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel which was closed for security reasons. Stephen strapped his 60 lbs of gear onto his back and ran 1.7 miles through that tunnel toward the towers. His heroic actions on that day inspired his family into action. Today, Tunnel to Towers Foundation has numerous programs supporting first responder and military heroes and the families who stand with them.
